We offer daily rentals for destinations around the Muskoka region. We have adventures suitable for all ages and skill levels, from total beginners to experts! Enjoy Muskoka and get outside this winter with Liv Outside.

Winter Tours

Our guided winter adventures offer the opportunity to experience outdoor winter activities like ice climbing with instruction and support from an experienced guide. Our instructors are carefully chosen from our area’s outdoor community. They have deep backgrounds in outdoor recreation, safety, environmental awareness and having fun outdoors.

Ice Climbing

Experience the thrill of climbing 70-100 vertical feet of beautiful chandelier ice clinging to the granite cliffs nestled in the hardwood forests of Muskoka. A long-time hot-spot for Ontario Ice Climbing; Muskoka offers consistently great ice conditions and some of the best routes for beginner to intermediate climbers. This 6 hour adventure operates regularly on weekends throughout the season or by private group-booking on any weekday between early January and late March. We recommend early reservations for Weekend Courses.

Summer Adventures

Explore Muskoka by water and enjoy your choice of kayak, canoe or paddleboard for your self-guided adventure. Our adventures are available in 1 hour, 2 hour or 4 hour time slots and leave right from our own waterfront!

Summer Tours

Explore the more remote nature of Muskoka by water and enjoy a two hour guided tour and leave right from our own waterfront!

Canoeing

Enjoy the South Muskoka river in a canoe. A canoe is the perfect boat for first time paddlers, those bringing a child, or if you don’t want to get too wet. We launch you from our on-site dock towards beautiful destinations along the river.

Kayaking

At Liv Outside we offer four different types of kayaks for onsite rentals. We have recreational kayaks, these kayaks are wide and often open faced. They our most popular kayaks and are perfect for first time paddlers or for casual paddling.

Paddleboarding

At Liv Outside we offer two different types of paddleboards. We have inflatable boards, these are slightly softer and higher from the water. They are more durable and are great for short trips and paddlers of all skill level. We also have composite boards, these are more firm and cut through the water better. while paddle boarding expect to get at least a little wet, its all part of the fun.

Cycling

At Liv Outside we have a wide range of bikes available for renting. We have bikes for all kinds of riders including, mountain bikes, road bikes, E-bikes, and city bikes. Take a self guided tour around Bracebridge for half or full day on one of our wide variety of bikes. Our mountain bikes are either hard tail or full suspension if you are looking to rail more technical trails.
