We Deliver Across Canada
Most online items are available for delivery all across Canada via Purolator or Canada Post. Oversized items such as kayaks, rigid paddle boards, and large boxes which require a freight service are shipped using Manitoulin Transport. We also utlize our own trucks for personal delivery to you in Ontario or scheduled routes out of province.
Free Shipping on Most Orders of $250 or More
Most standard-size products qualify for free delivery almost anywhere in Canada when you spend $250 (before taxes) or more. Liv Outside will cover the delivery costs for regular shipping. Sale items and specials are not covered by this offer.
Delivery Times
Your order is typically processed within 1 to 2 business days following your purchase and we anticipate delivery within 2 to 14 days depending on your location. Oversized Items
We frequently receive requests to ship items like BC skis, coolers, and paddles. We try to accommodate most of these requests. Please note that oversized items incur extra shipping charges. Examples of oversized items include:
- Canoe paddles, BC skis, paddleboards, etc.
- Large coolers and 60L food barrels
- Bike racks and Cargo Boxes
- Large quantities of smaller items may also qualify as oversized shipments.
Freight Items (Kayaks, Canoes, etc.)
Items such as kayaks, canoes, and rigid paddle boards can only be shipped through Transport Freight and we use Manitoulin Transport. While you can request direct freight shipping to your residence this is typically more costly than shipping to a Manitoulin Transport depot for pickup.

Non-Shippable Items - Pickup In-Store Only
Some large items are not available for shipping but can be picked up at our Bracebridge location. Please call us to inquire if pickup at a different location is possible.
LIV Truck Delivery Schedule
We also offer our own trucks for personal deliveries both in our local area, across Ontario and scheduled routes to the East and West. This allows us to offer the best rate to deliver freight sized items to you. East and West Routes are scheduled for Spring to deliver our Pre-Orders to our customers Coast to Coast at the lowest rates. Our trailers have a limited number of spaces so we recommend placing your orders early to reserve a spot.
