45NRTH Dillinger 4 - 26 x 4.0 Custom Studdable Tire An update to the original Studded Fat bike tire, the Dillinger 4 comes in a new folding version which are both now featuring the 45nrth tubeless compatible bead. The Dillinger has always been an excellent all round tire. Very low rolling resistance so it's the choice for racers and has always offered excellent traction in most snow conditions. The only minor complaint could be cornering traction which they have addressed with this new version with the addition of much more aggressive side lugs. With 240 stud locations (which can be custom studded with either regular or XL Carbide Studs if wanting a more bite) we expect the Dillinger 4 to maintain it's hierarchy as the ultimate winter tire.

• Tubeless compatible TUBELESS READY A large flat edge on the bottom of the bead results in more surface area contact with the shelf of the rim. This increased surface area creates a more effective and secure seal for tubeless set ups. The surface of the entire bead is also smooth, reducing the number of small gaps that allow air to leak between the bead and rim shelf. Running your fat bike without tubes can reduce the weight of each wheel by 300 grams and provide a suppler ride quality. Always consult rim manufacturer instructions before setting up tubeless tires to ensure safety and compatibility.
